If our workmanship fails within two years, we come back and put it right — parts, labor and the time it takes. And the products we supply and install are guaranteed by us for ten years, not by a manufacturer you have to go chase.
Three things, each specific enough that you can hold us to it.
The products we supply and install are guaranteed by us for ten years. Not the manufacturer — us. If it fails, you call one number and we deal with it.
If our work fails because of how we did it, we return and fix it free — labor, materials and the return visit.
If we miss your arrival window without telling you first, you don't pay for the visit.
Clean, respectful, protective coverings down, questions answered — and we tell you before we do anything that changes the price.
Ten years on the products we supply and install, two years on our workmanship, both from the date the covered service is completed. In each case the window to tell us is the same length as the guarantee itself.
If we cannot put it right, the most you can recover under this guarantee is what you paid us for the affected work or product. That applies to the ten-year product guarantee as well as the two-year workmanship guarantee. We say it here rather than only in the contract, because you should not learn a promise in one document and its limit in another.
Nothing in our terms limits any right you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement.
The full terms are on our terms & conditions page.
A person, not a form.
Call the office and ask for the owner. Not a form, not a ticket number — a person.
Sooner if you have no power. If the fix needs a part we don't carry, we tell you the date we'll have it on that same call.
We'd rather fix it — a refund means we failed twice — but you should know the floor before you hire us, not after.
Five steps, and the first one is just picking up the phone.
Two years for our workmanship, ten years for a product we supplied and installed. Contact us by phone or in writing — a phone call is enough, and we will confirm it in writing.
Your name, service address, invoice number, and a description of the issue — photos help.
Don't have another contractor alter the work before we inspect it, unless immediate action is needed for an emergency or unsafe condition.
Provide reasonable access so we can inspect the work and confirm the claim is covered.
We are back out within two business days of your call, or sooner if you have no power.
The guarantee applies to the customer named on the invoice and the work identified on it. It does not transfer to a new owner if you sell the property. Consumable items — bulbs, batteries, filters — are not covered.
